4.2. All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the User in accordance with the required notice period. For monthly plans, a 60-day notice is required prior to cancellation. For annual plans, a 30-day notice must be given before the end of the current billing cycle to avoid renewal.
4.3. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by UAE Consumer Protection Law.
4.4. Users may request to cancel their subscription at any time by contacting support@checktrusty.com. Cancellations are subject to the applicable notice period (60 days for monthly plans, 30 days for annual plans). No refunds will be provided for partial use of the subscription period unless required by UAE consumer protection law.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, service marks, copyrights, website content, databases, proprietary software, logos, trade secrets, marketing materials, and branding elements, are the exclusive property of Trusty Marketing Services - FZCO or its licensors and are protected under UAE intellectual property laws.
5.2. Users retain ownership of any content they create but grant Trusty Marketing Services - FZCO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Website’s operation.
5.3. Users shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content from the Website without obtaining prior written consent.
5.4. Any unauthorized use of intellectual property will result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages, injunctive relief, and compensation for unauthorized commercial gains.

9.2. Users may terminate their account by submitting a request to support@checktrusty.com. Upon termination:
- Access to paid and free services will be revoked.
- Data associated with the account may be deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.
- Any outstanding payments remain due.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
10.2. Before arbitration, parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through mediation within [30] days. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules.
10.3. The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE, and the language of the proceedings shall be English.
10.4. The decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction for enforcement purposes.
10.5. By agreeing to arbitration, the parties waive their rights to litigate before UAE courts except for matters related to the enforcement of an arbitral award.
11. Compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Laws
11.1. In compliance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, we ensure fair pricing, transparent terms, and customer rights.
11.2. Users have the right to receive clear contract terms and refund policies as per UAE consumer regulations.
12. Changes to Terms
12.1. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the changes.
13. Language of Agreement
13.1. These terms are provided in English, and any translation is for convenience purposes only. In case of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
