Identified root cause and reasons for AC poor performance and humidity levels

We decided to replace the existing AC units (Midea) with new AC systems. We also wanted to split the AC from its current configuration of (sharing which was a nightmare!) to having individual AC units each. Home IQ did a great job and worked very well with our contractor and insuring everything was done seamlessly, the work was very neat and tidy and they accommodated a few changes mid flow, what I also liked is that when I tried to push for a design change the Home IQ representative pushed back, he explained for him he can do what I asked but the access for maintenance would be almost impossible and argued the point and eventually we agreed with him and went for function over style. We had 4 new systems and all are using Nest Smart home AC thermostats. The pictures show thew duct installed and system (covered from renovation dust)

Removed all old thermostats around the villa and replaced with upgraded NEST system. All work was carried out to a high standard and I was very happy with the work that was done.
